Mrs. Maryann Tommey Brings Joy and Generosity to CRARN Children Centre in Eket

In a heartwarming gesture of compassion and solidarity, Mrs. Maryann Akaninyene Tommey, wife of the chairman of Eket Local Government Council, paid a special visit to the CRARN Children Centre in Ikot Afaha, Eket today, bringing with her an array of food items for the children. The visit was marked by vibrant moments of singing and dancing, as Mrs. Tommey joined the children and staff in joyful celebration. She was warmly received by Elizabeth Wilson-Itauma, Chair and Co-founder of the Child Rights and Rehabilitation Network (CRARN), who expressed heartfelt gratitude for Mrs. Tommey’s continued support and remembrance of the children. “Your kindness is not only nourishing their bodies but also uplifting their spirits,” Wilson-Itauma remarked.
