Met police officer faces criminal probe after BBC investigation

A Met Police constable is under criminal investigation for allegedly perverting the course of justice, following a BBC investigation into a central London police station. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is probing 11 individuals, including nine serving officers, a former officer, and a designated detention officer, for potential gross misconduct.
